How long does it take to order a dress?

Most dresses take approximately 16 weeks from ordering to delivery. Some time may have to be taken into account to allow for alterations should they be required.

What if I have not allowed enough time to order my dress?

Don’t start to worry just yet? Depending on just how late you have left it, different options may still be available. We currently carry a large variety of designs and sizes in store, which may help. Also many of our suppliers/manufacturers also carry additional stock, which may also be available. Finally, we deal closely with many other highly recommended bridal showrooms and may be able to acquire your dress from them.
Rest assured we will do our very best to help where at all possible.

Do I need an appointment?

No. During busy periods an appointment would be advisable but we do encourage people simply to call in and browse. We do regret, however, that during busy periods priority must be given to customers with appointments.

With so many people working full-time employment we try to offer suitable appointment times. Saturday and Sunday appointments are usually in high demand, so to help meet busy schedules we offer after hour appointments 7 days a week. Simply call, speak to one of our consultants who will be more than happy to arrange a time to suit you.

How long will my appointment take?

Appointments last on average about one hour. Feel free to take as long as you like or make as many appointments you feel necessary to find your perfect dress.

We have a strict policy of ‘No hard sale’. Our staff are at hand should you require help or browse at your leisure.

How do I pay for my dress?

Once you have decided on you dress and place an order a 50% deposit is payable. The balance will become due once your dress has arrived for collection. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or cheques.

Are alterations always necessary?

Not always. Some alteration may be required for a perfect or more comfortable fit. Normally any alterations, only involves the length.
